I love 5D Wellness for several reasons & wish everyone would come here! If anyone needs healing of the body and mind, this is the place! I truly left a different person after using the Halo Salt Therapy. I left feeling like I spent the day at a tropical beach & fell into a deep sleep! This place is sacred!

The best. Saunas are infrared and all the rooms are private. I'm not into public sauna situations. Private sauna + cold plunge rooms, private sauna rooms, cold plunge rooms, red light rooms.

I recently received a massage from Renee — my experience was phenomenal. She was highly knowledgeable and provided great aftercare instructions. I feel completely rejuvenated! I highly recommend her services and wellness center, which offers an array of amazing amenities!

This wellness center is a game changer! The sauna and cold plunge exceeded all expectations. The sauna not only provided relief to my nagging back pain but also induced a deep sense of relaxation. The cold plunge was a refreshing contrast.

Today I tried this incredible center and WOW. Your first time is completely free and, well, that speaks for itself. This women-owned business is a gift of health and wellness.

I had a great experience with Renee during my massage session! From the moment I arrived, she was super sweet and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. Renee really took the time to listen to my concerns.

I love that it's open and available 24/7. Having a cold plunge and sauna in the same private room is very convenient also.
