Membership and billing information you provide to our membership processor, OfficeRnD, and booking, customer, and payment information you provide to Square. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our own servers; card data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors.
Automatically collected data: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and similar usage data, collected via cookies and analytics — only after you consent to analytics cookies.
How we use your information
To respond to inquiries; provide, manage, and bill memberships; schedule and fulfill bookings; process payments through our providers; operate, secure, and improve the website; and comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects without human involvement.
