Cancellation policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a massage. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice — or missed appointments — are subject to a $30 fee charged to the card on file. To cancel or reschedule, please call or text us at (612) 322-9989 so we can offer your time to another guest. If you're running behind, let us know — arriving late may shorten your session so the next appointment stays on schedule. Thank you for your understanding; these policies help us care for every client and respect our therapists' time.

I've owned my own practice for seven years, and recently started a new position here at 5D Wellness! My approach is intuitive and empathetic. I specialize in relaxation massage but also love the challenge of deep tissue work — especially cupping. I'm also trained in trigger point therapy, sports, hot stone, and prenatal massage. Massage isn't a luxury — it's a wellness essential.
