The best. Saunas are infrared and all the rooms are private. I'm not into public sauna situations. Private sauna + cold plunge rooms, private sauna rooms, cold plunge rooms, red light rooms.

Absolutely loved this spa! So relaxing, clean, and beautifully done. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

I had a great experience with Renee during my massage session! From the moment I arrived, she was super sweet and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. Renee really took the time to listen to my concerns.

I love that it's open and available 24/7. Having a cold plunge and sauna in the same private room is very convenient also.

Such an amazing experience! I highly recommend visiting for yourself. Soothing and relaxing atmosphere — the perfect place to spend some time caring for yourself.

Tried this place today. AMAZING!! Salt therapy, saunas, cold plunge tubs, red light therapy and tanning!

Really enjoyed this place. Sauna and cold plunge for me. They have many more things I intend to try.

So glad we found this place! What a treat to have this so close to home!

A quiet, clean nest — cocooning the soul and body.

Such an amazing place!! Love all of the services!
